Adobe Flash in Froyo vs. Flash in Market

Froyo for the X came with Adobe Flash version 10.1.72.10 installed and version 10.1.95.1 is on the market. Interestingly, the installed Flash is listed in the Downloaded area of Manage Applications in Settings, but when I go to Market and select Downloads it is not in the list for updating.

Question: Should I just grab the one from the Market and it will overwrite the previous version?

Yes grab the version from the market. Our doesn't show in your downloads because you haven't downloaded it yet
