Test if you have working flash installed by browsing to wimp dot com using you Note 10.1 stock browser.
The page will tell you to instal flash if you can't see the videos.

go to archived flash player Versions,
Archived Flash Player versions

scroll down to "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives"
choose 11.1.115..27
I choose to email it to myself while browsing using my home computer. I saved the apk onto my computer.
I then installed the apk on my Note 10.1 after opening the email.

You could probably do the entire process using the Note I guess.
