Ads Appear on my Charging Screen ????!!!!

This has been going on for a few days. I cannot find a setting and hope someone can. If not, it must be some app I've added I suppose.......What the ----

Suddenly have had ads pop up on my screen when I wake it up during charging. Probably been going on for more time than I think 'cause I usually pull it off the charger without paying attention.
