Advance Task

I am new to android. In the task Manager there is advance. Running has 2 ram windows. One for running and one for cached. Is it ok to clear all the cached apps?

Honestly I would just let Android handle all of that stuff, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything though since it's just cache if you did do it. Though the system will recache as you go along, so it might take a slight bit longer for certain apps to start back up, not really a biggie though...your call.
