Advice needed before I root

Hi Guys,

I am looking into rooting my LG Optimus S LS670ZVJ and was wondering if the z4Root on the unLockR website is the way to go to root my phone?

Zvj is unrootable, you need to downgrade to zvh then root using sfhubs method in the root, ROMs, recovery section.
