Adware Malware removal

So a few weeks ago I touched something by accident I may very well have Adware \Malware now I did some scans with AVG and Avast it said nothing found I still feel something is there idk
What is the best free way to find and scrub Adware \ Malware out of Android 11 if in fact it's there .#bdiddy

What makes you think you have adware or malware? Are you getting strange popups with ads or bogus warnings about viruses?

It's unlikely to accidentally install malware with a single tap, because these would be app packages that you would have to confirm installation for. You can also prevent this kind of thing from happening by turning off the ability for Unknown Sources to install apps.

Well device acting weird another is right after I got a malicious text on my mobile with info that should otherwise be private I deleted it and reported it then today 2 malicious emails which I instantly deleted on my mobile idk seems weird earlier 1 ad in my drop-down notification bar I closed that down I checked for a pks there were none could it be just phishing attempts popping up that text right after really hit me then I started noticing the other stuff B

What kind of info that should be private? Unfortunately, many people can get bombarded by spam texts or emails through no fault of their own. Some spammer might have just gotten hold of your number or email address and added it to their spam list.

You can check this site to see if any of your email addresses or phone numbers have been compromised: https://haveibeenpwned.com/ Since there have been so many major data breaches in the past few years, chances are you'll be at risk from at least one data breach. The main thing to do is to make sure you've changed your password since the breach (preferably to something that would be impossible for anyone to guess), and also to make sure you have 2-factor authentication turned on if possible,.

Something that is " private " there B I'm looking at all from you and mustang he pointed out your stuff re: Adware \ Malware lol everything seems copacetic right now for now I can't find the Main unknown sources setting to check it in this Android 11 Go I came across it last month but I can't find it now figures, right
