after 4.4.4 update from Sprint

i updated my phone to 4.4.4 & when i went to the system update later , it said "the operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized way. try downloading software updates using Samsung Kies on your PC, or visit a customer service center." i went on Google & it said that this happens to rooted devices. My phone is not rooted or modified in any way, what do i do?

I think I saw that message once before (not related to the 4.4.4 update) and my phone isn't rooted or modified either, so I just reboot the phone and it went back to normal. If a reboot doesn't sort of clear the phone's memory and make it realize it's unrooted and unmodified, I'm not sure what to do. Hopefully others will be able to provide some help in that case.
