After 7.0 update my Ford sync is not working

Phone is synced but on incoming calls the sound will not come over Ford sync. If I hit the bluetooth icon under the contact that is calling to off then on again it will start to work. Outgoing calls no problem. Everything worked fine prior to 7.0 upgrade

What year and model car? Different models have different versions of Sync. For example, I have a 2010 Focus, it has (had, in my case) the 1st gen Sync which sucked harder than a black hole. If it's recent enough, check with ford.com to see if there are any firmware updates.

As for mine, no updates, so I eventually had it yanked and replaced with a low-end JVC that simply and successfully does bluetooth.

I had a similar problem. Coukdnt get auto answer to work in my BMW X3. Still have bluetooth headset issues too but found a pia workaround. Didnt happen before the upgrade.

Upgrades suck..... when stuff's working well I don't upgrade ;-)
