After a Factory Reset, my LG Lucky will not boot up and stays at the load screen.

I have a Lg Lucky, with icecream os 4.0. The phone is around 4 weeks old, it has been running slow and laggy the past 2 days, so i shut the phone down to clear the catch and have a clean boot, then the Lg just stays at the load screen, i left it alone severial times to see if it would boot up to the home screen and tryed restarting the phone to no luck. So i factory resetted the phone, and after the factory reset, the phone still will not boot to the o.s. and stays at the lg load screen. Does anyone have any advice to give me to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't sound good. Is it brand new? If so, bring it back to the store and get a refund or exchange. Otherwise, contact LG for warranty service.

I'm having the same problem and my phone is only 1 month old. I bought it at Walmart, do you know if they will exchange or refund it?
