After a Full Charge does your screen come on?

When you are charging at night with USB and then it finishes, does your screen auto come on and stay on?

Mine seems to. I have woken up several times to the screen being on. Not sure when it turned on. I did not notice this at first so i'm wondering a little if it is an app or something that came from the OTA update.

Yep, noticed mine does this as well. Would really like to know if I can disable this.

Yeah, my Charge and Fascinate both did this as well. I've just learned to put the phone face-down at night so that the screen doesn't wake me up...

I guess my biggest concern, if there is any actual truth to it, is possible screen "burn in" with the pentile display.
