I have a 32gig Nexus 7 gen 1. I unloced the booloader and rooted it with WugFresh's Toolkit. Then installed TWRP with GooManager (GM). After Installing TWRP I decided to look at the ROMs available through GM and then flashed then downloaded CM stable along with the accompanying GAPPS. Using GM I flashed the ROM and GAPPS as well as did a full wipe. I had already done a Nandroid Backup via TWRP. When it got passed the CM boot animation I immediately got the following message "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and therefore I could not set up the device. How do I flash without getting "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped?"

Sounds like you flashed the wrong gapps or didn't wipe your system before flashing.
