Question After format BROM error

Good morning everyon

last week, I tried to flash my Lenovo TB3-710I, i used SP Flash Tool v5.1708 and the firmware Lenovo_Tab_3_TB3-710I_MT6580_S000032_160921, Everything worked fine and the OK popup in the sp flash tool appeared, until i tried to boot the tablet, but the tablet started vibrating for 10 seconds with a black screen, then it stopped for a while and started making vibrations every 10 seconds, when i tried to reformat it with a different rom, the PC detects the tablet and sp flash tool's red progress bar gets full, but after 11 seconds this error appeared in sp flash tool:

i searched online for solutions, I tried some solutions I found, I changed the usb cable I used before, I used a different pc, i reinstalled the MTK drivers, i tried different sp flash tool version, no result.
i wanted to know: what does this error mean?, and how to fix it?.
