After hard reset RCA Voyager wont connect to WIFI

After doing a Hard reset on tablet now it is stuck on wifi connection page saying cant connect with google servers try again later.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try it on another wi-fi network (preferably an open public network, like at your local library)?

It's not supposed to be connecting to Google servers on the wifi connection page. Make sure you're reading what it actually says, and get back to us. (If it says "can't connect" when trying to connect to your own router, make sure you entered the password correctly.

I'm guessing the OP is talking about the screen that asks for your Google account. It might also be an issue related to Factory Reset Protection, if the previous Google account wasn't removed prior to the factory reset.
