After installing new rom hangs on reboot.

I installed rubix on my dx and after rebooting the startup screen hangs on the rubix,cant restart without pulling battery what can i do. thx for any help

you are likely in a boot loop....
did you wipe data/cache before installing?
I would boot into recovery and do that...
