After replacing the glass of my Prevail LTE it no longer works, what could have gone wrong?

i have a samsung prevail lte i replace glass cover now the digitizer is not working i think

I replace the glass cover now the digitizer is not working I think, Its all working but it had a little warning triangle on and i moved my finger across but wont do anything. where did I go wrong
