After root won't connect

1) TWRP is a custom recovery, not a way of rooting.

2) Neither TWRP nor root have anything to do with connecting. You (or the app or program you used to root) must have done something else - and that's preventing connecting.

What did you use to root? Did you flash a rooted ROM, or run something else? (If it was a ROM, it's probably defective. If it was something else, we can't even make wild guesses without knowing what it was.)

Yeah sounds like a custom rom where not everything such as Bluetooth is ironed out.
Sometimes the custom rom developer doesn't yet know if it's working or not, especially if the build is still early and people start reporting back.

Are you able to use/tether Bluetooth to another device instead of 360? Curious

Well I guess I didn't do things right, what page you guys recomend to root my phone and what method? I guess I'll go back to stock and re-root

Also my note 4 is laggy as hell, I'm typing and the letters don't show up, I swipe a page and doesn't do it just after 2-3 seconds, I click on an app and doesn't open right away, I guess something didn't go as planned
