After seeing Jelly Bean, I'm happy to wait

Was considering buying this on Sunday at full cost, but then I watched the Google IO Keynote. No big complaints about the Epic Touch, and Jelly Bean makes this new phone look like yesterday to me.

I am totally happy to wait a few months. Anybody else feel the same? Don't count on an early upgrade of this phone. It IS a Samsung, remember?

I am feeling the same way too. But I am prolly still getting the s3 . The HD screen is too good to pass up! I have the epic 4g tough right now too! And jelly bean looks cool!

I had the nexus s4g and the devs for that phone had ics running smoothly 6 months before it was released. I have no doubts that that will be the case here as well.

I see where you're coming from with that, but I also have some hopes. Mainly due to this being the first phone to be the same across every carrier. The S2 was different from AT&T and Sprint.

Played with the phone today in the store. It is very nice. And very big. I still liked the Epic Touch in the end, as it just isn't enough of an upgrade.

I'll get the Nexus 7 instead and will finally be able to dump the iPad.
