S SbTwister Member Jun 13, 2013 8 0 1 Sep 8, 2021 #5 Thanks Laura, I just did. Had trouble getting in recovery. Googled the backup pdp error and found out I need to connect my S10+ with usb to pc. Didn't work either, guessing because of Dex software on pc. Tried my laptop without dex and now got in recovery to wipe cache. I'll see if that helps. Goog luck to op.
