After the last update - I keep on losing my contacts

After the last update - i keep on losing my contacts

Please help. All my contacts are linked to my google account. For some strange reason, I loose my contacts at least 4 times a day, then I have to switch off my phone and after restart, is it back until suddenly it is lost again.

Please help me.
