After the latest Android update the top part of my S8+ is not reacting any more.

Phone is an S8+ and this issue started only a few days ago after an software update. Before this all was working fine .I checked on websites and did a full factory reset as a last resort .But is still not working .I also downloaded and installed different launchers but nothing works .I cannot even access the search feature in the play store app as this is frozen as well in the top of the screen.
