after update noone can hear me

After Verizon's update no body can hear me on a call unless I have the speaker ticked. has anybody else have this problem?

After every update is recommended to do a Wipe cache Partition in Recovery mode, turn off the phone, press and hold power, volume up and home buttons until you see the Android robot, follow the instructions on screen to complete it.

Just did the wipe and did not help. So I'm going back to Best Buy Monday
