After update the 4th Gen. Q Explorer is not reacting any more

Hallo, after my 4th Gen. Q Explorer has been updated to them latest Wear OS version, it is not reacting any more. Pressing the upper button it is showing something with styles, the lower button is starting Google Fit, but the rest of them watch is not working. Swiping down from the top should open the settings menu, but nothing happens. Pressing the crown button should open the apps menu, but nothing happens. Press and hold the watch face should start the watch face settings, but nothing happens. And keep pressing the crown button for 10 seconds is just restarting the watch. But after that the same situation appears. The Wear OS App on my smartphone is keep showing the information, that there is presently no connection. Does somebody has any idea?

I would say try a factory reset, but I don't know how to do that if you can't get to the settings.
 
May there is any kind of possibility to do a factory reset by using the buttons?
 
I am a little surprised and disappointed. Is it possible, that there went something wrong during the Wear OS update?

The customer service recommended "to hold the crown/side button for 15 seconds until the device's start-up logo appears. This will restart the device and should cause the touchscreen to begin to work. Sometimes, this may need to be repeated several times." I tried this already, several times, but nothing changed.
