After Updating My Samsung A5 Why is my call logs and dail pad is hanging and responding very slow

i am a user of Samsung galaxy A5 since a year, recently i have updated my phone software to Android Version 5.0.2 after that my call logs and my dial pad is hanging very badly and responding very slow. I called up to Samsung customer support but i did not get any support from there and they directed me to Samsung authorized service center. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
 
You could try a Cache Partition wipe, and if no go, a Backup & Reset. Let us know if you need advice about backing up thoroughly.
