AGA ROM issue with LG Optimus T

I just rooted my LG Optimus T with SuperOneclick and backed my phone with the titanium app that everyone talks about then i used the ROM Manager to download OTA the AGA ROM because it said in the description great for LG OPTIMUS and thats basically all it said. i selected it and selected the backup existing mod option and it started doing everything. now it is stuck on the animation screen with the AGA ROM android and isnt doing anything its been over an hour. did i just brick my phone or can i fix this? it was running android 2.2.2 before i did this
