AI type keyboard and email - no prediction

I like and use the AI-Type keyboard. It works well for all apps apart from email. In email, it won't do any predictive texting. If I change to the Samsung keyboard, prediction works.

Has anyone else seen this? Anyone got any ideas why?

Had a response from AI-Type. It's a known bug and they are working on it.
