Air Command pop-up, why no S Note shortcut?

When you pull the S Pen from there phone and the Air Command pop-up is displayed, why is there no quick way to launch S Note?

It's there a way to add this to the Air Command pop-up?

One indirect way I found was to choose Action Memo then click the S Note icon on the bottom right. But this takes a couple extra clicks to get you into a blank S Note to begin writing.

Had anyone found an alternate Air Command app in the Play Store?

Actually, I just tried it the way you instructed, and found that I can live with this process.

Before now I was, removing my s-pen, then tapping on the screen, then tapping on apps, then locating s-note. Then waiting, then tapping the the plus symbol, just to create a new note.
