AirDroid finds my S1 but not my S3.
Does the free version only like one phone ?

It would be a different Web address for the S3. If you use a bookmark it is incorrect.

I'm not aware of a limitation like that, but AirDroid has changed a lot since I used it last. It should only care what IP address you give it.
