Airplane mode engaged randomly

[Android Central Question]

About once a month or so I will be using my phone place a phone call hang up and then pick up my phone a minute later and I have no Internet access and look at the icons and my Airplane mode is on

There's no way that I happened to be on the settings screen hit airplane.

Ice and has been unable to resolve the matter and I miss important calls on occasion but I don't realize the phone has switch to Airplane mode.

Has anybody seen this situation or does anybody know how I could tell what apps I have on my phone that would have access to update my Airplane mode setting.

Which phone is this happening ?maybe try safe mode ?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with mustang7757 about Safe Mode. How often does the problem happen? If it's fairly frequent, Safe Mode should help you determine if the problem has to do with some app you installed. If it's pretty infrequent, then it might be harder to tell.
