Airplay for Android to Windows

I have been searching for quite a while now for a solution to streaming audio from my android device, to a windows pc. I have found nothing that seems to replicate the apple airplay system. I used to have an iPhone and use shairport to perform the same task. I would like complete control from the phone, I don't want to use the computer to access music from the android device. Surely this is quite straightforward, or am I missing something. Help woild be appreciated!!!
