For those who may be experiencing the constant alarm clock icon on the top right of your notification bar, I just may have a few solutions for you! I personally had this problem for about 2 days on my S7 Edge with Sprint. After lots of research with not alot of answers, this what i found to be helpful and possibly to get that icon to disappear:
1. Make sure ALL alarms are turned off/deleted in the stock clock app.
2. Clear the cache/data in the clock app & reboot phone.
3. Check ANY and ALL apps that have an alarm/reminder setting (i was using a birth control reminder app, and the alarm icon went off instantly after i turned the alarm/reminder off in the app). If you have these kind of apps, there's a strong chance that its triggering the alarm clock, thus making the icon appear. In this case just disable the alarm in the app or uninstall the app if you wish to remove the alarm icon.
4. Some people said after unistalling Pandora, clock widgets/apps or various task killers, the alarm icon went away.
Hope this helps!
