Alarm clock not going off :(

Hi guys. Recently my note 3 Alarm clock doesn't ring anymore, I tried clearing the alarm clock cache but still no luck. Power saving mode is off and the volume is up loud.
What could be my problem?

The only thing I can think of is if you perhaps accidently switched the alarm type to vibration. Even if you have a melody selected - if you have it set to vibrate it will only vibrate.

I've attached a screen shot to show what I mean.
Others may have more suggestions for you. Good luck!

Make sure you don't have location alarm turned on in the alarm settings.

And check that blocking mode is off.

I had the same problem once. All I did was power cycle the phone. It hasn't happened any more. I think it was a software glitch.
