Alarm Clock Occasionally Puts Phone In Airplane Mode

A few times in the morning I've awoken and discovered my phone in airplane mode. I thought some bug was possibly flipping it offline, but I started to suspect it may be connected to the alarm somehow.

This was confirmed last week as I had a mid-afternoon alarm go off while I was driving and listening to a podcast over Bluetooth. The alarm sound broadcast to the sound system, stopping the playback (or so I thought), but after dismissing the alarm podcast didn't resume. I tap the widget and the sound came from the phone. Then I noticed the dash display indicating there was no phone connected and that was because it had flipped to airplane mode at that moment.

This morning was the final straw: I'm a heavy sleeper, not a morning person and my job requires me to punch in within a very narrow 5-minute window, so I set an alarm clock, my phone's alarm AND my girlfriend calls to make sure I'm awake and not late for work. To help ease out of sleep, I have the alarms staggered - e.g. the phone is set for 7:06 with a 7-minute snooze, the alarm clock for 7:10 and my g/f calls at 7:15. Some combination will wake me up eventually.

This morning the phone goes off, I snooze it; the alarm goes off, I snooze that. Around 7:20 the combination of the alarm and phone going off together wakes me up. I realize my g/f hadn't called and figured she may've forgotten to set her alarm until I see the airplane mode indicator. I get back online and start getting dressed for work and I could hear the voicemail chime; she'd been calling. She called about 7:42, sounding worried as hell and saying she'd tried to call me 8 times.

Anyone else seeing this behavior here and/or have a fix? TIA.
