Alarm goes off at 3.40 am every night but no alarm is set

[Android Central Question]

What if says on the tin, I have no alarms set I checked reoccurring alarms and before bed but every night at 3.40am my alarm keeps going off. I have had the phonr for 2 years and it's just started
