Alarm help.

So my alarm goes off in the morning but I can't slide it to turn off. It vibrates when my finger touches the screen but when I slide my finger it doesn't move. I have to lock then unlock then slide alarm off.
Cleared alarm cache and data and its still happening.
The phone is plugged in and is in landscape mode when the alarm goes off.
Any suggestions??

Do you have Wave Launcher installed? It interferes with touching the edges of the screen depending on where you locate it. It would vibrate when you touch the side of the screen.

No wave launcher. I turned off 3rd party lock screen. Nothing seems to work.

I sometimes have trouble with this. I have noticed that if I unplug the phone the screen is much more responsive. It sometimes gets unresponsive when it is plugged in.

Are you using an "Official" charger? I have a cheap one I got for $6.00 that won't let me interact with the screen while charging. Could this be your problem?

OK so far it looks like its the charger. I switch chargers and seems OK. We will find out at 3:30am when my alarm goes off. Thanks for the tips.

I use the app called gentle alarm that's much better than the stock alarm.

It was the charger. Everything it working fine. I switched back and forth between a cheap old charger from my wifes old phone and the Motorola charger and everything is ok.
