Good Evening Everyone,

I wanted to know if there is a way to turn the alarm off without removing it completely. I am asking because my son is on spring break and I wanted to stop the alarm so that it doesn't ring on the week he is off but when I go to do that it removes it completely. All I see if the green check if I un check it I have to re do the alarm all over again. Can I save alarms made? Thank you all In advance.

after you make an alarm scheduled just un-check the alarms you dont want to be active anymore. then re-check them to reactivate the alarm. It should keep your saved alarms even after you uncheck them.

Hi Edwill,

That's what I thought but it doesn't. I have to create it all over again.

I just did it on my bolt. i clicked on one of the preset alarms. edited it. it set the alarm on and saved it. then i unchecked it and its still there but off.

Download alarm clock xtreme (there's a free edition I use)... WAY better than the stock alarm clock. So many options for snooze, dismiss, frequency, etc. And you can easily disable them without wiping. Also you can duplicate a current alarm so you don't have to readjust the setting if you want a new alarm (such as one for Saturday mornings).

Alarms can be turned on and off by using the checkbox on or off... simple... the only reason I've ever had to recreate an alarm is by deleting it.

Yeah the only time you may have to reset the alarms is if you restart or turn off your phone because it may clear the settings but I've even done that and I think they have all stayed set.
