Alcatel 20.12g Developer Options if phone is unlocked where they are?

Hi there,

to unlock this phone is somewhat complicated, but now I don't find the developer options to ajust the USB debugging mode, because I want to connect my phone with the PC, for example to use the WonderShare-Program, to install apk-files.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>About Phone​ and tap Build Version 7 times. If the Developer Options menu is available to the user, that should activate it.
