I have never seen a more incompetent company in my life. They processed my card now they have no clue if/when it will ship. They keep saying a supervisor will call as I am trying to cancel as my order is on permanent on hold even though the billing info is right as they successfully ran the card, but no one calls back. I talked to one of the CS agents today, and they said a supervisor will now contact me Monday (BS). Wow, what a mess. No one calls back.
I wonder if it is because the site had the Idol 3 for $140 for literally minutes and it was a mistake possibly, and they don't want to ship or admit it, bad all the way around.
