Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

How old is the phone? The battery could be failing, or defective. I'm not sure how easy it is to replace it yourself, considering it's not easily user-removable.

Try also booting into Safe Mode, which prevents all 3rd party apps from opening. This can tell you if the battery drain is being caused by an app you installed. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until you get the power menu. Then press and hold Power Off until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap OK.

The phone is old 6-7 months, but i dropped out of my hand and it has a small crack on the behind is that a problem to the battery ?? becouse i can't open it it's alcatel one touch idol mini.

Hard to say if a drop could directly cause battery damage, but batteries can fail spontaneously (due to wear and tear or defect) anyway--there doesn't have to be any trauma.

Try the Safe Mode approach.

I don't think a bad charger would lead to fast battery drain.

I got the same problem too with my Alcatel Idol mini and I tried the Safe Mode solution and nothing happened still battery draining so fast. What should i do guys please help me?

Welcome to Android Central! One other thing to try is to turn your alarm off. I have seen various posts about the alarm clock keeping the phone awake excessively (although the OP's screenshot admittedly doesn't show much awake time at all in the graph).

I have no alarm activated by the way and i sent my cell to get the battery replaced but they told me that my battery is fine and no problem with my battery.
What can i do now for that fast draining? Can anyone help me?
Is there any way or app to check my battery if it's fine or not?
my battery is 1700mAh how much should this battery last as a normal usage (no wifi-gps- network connection-games- bluetooth- and lower screen brightness)? 12 hours or what?

Read post #2 in this thread, then show us the requested screenshots. Let's see if there's something different going on with your phone.

look there is something happened i did the Safe Mode solution again and my battery became a little bit better than before and i know that Safe Mode prevents all 3rd party apps and this made my batter a little bit better so i want to know what are the apps that use my battery which prevented to open in Safe Mode?
I'll post screenshots

I have a charging problem. My original charger didn't charge since I've bought it, so i was using a Nokia charger, it all worked well until a couple weeks ago. It was charging all night and thenext day it was on 13% so i thought it's no big deal, thenext day as i went to sleep i plugged it in on 9% and the next day it was 23%. So i tried charging it on my computer with my brothers USB but instead of charging it was dropping, then i tried my brothers charger and it all worked well. Any idea what it could be?
