Alcatel One Touch Pop D5 is stuck, what can I do?

My phone first appears systemui has stopped. Then when I turned it off by the time I turned it on again it won't go to menu again, it was stuck in the opening logo alcatel one touch. How can I fix this? I've been trying to do the procedure of hard reset I saw on youtube but it won't work. I really needed your answer so much, I hope you will help me. Thanks
