I took a look and I see that you are known this virus.
Well if I am a newbie asks for your help to tell me what Ι need to download free to clean my mobile

Assay hard reset several times and the virus remains in my mobile
what steps Ι must follow to clean my mobile ?

You will need to reflash the operating system. What android version is it running? You can find this in settings>about device
