I have another problem with my new alcatel POP C1. MY Smart Suite software on my phn is ver 9.1 and the PC software version that they have available on the website under support is only ver 9.0
and surprise surprise using their search function to search for downloads of the Smart Suite software shows NO results for Smart Suite at all.
Has anyone else had this problem and do they know where I might find the right version of the software or if there is any other way to fix this issue?
I have contacted them about it already and spoken with one of their tech ppl and was advd that they will have to check if there is another version available or what other ways there is to work around the issue.
