Alert when 4g is in range?

Is there an app out there that could alert me when my phone picks up a 4g signal? I'm anxiously waiting 4g to be turned on in my area and I don't enjoy checking my phone several times a day like a child checking his pillow to see if the tooth fairy came.

Oh c'mon... if you were not looking at your phone checking for a 4G signal, you'd be looking at it checking for something else, right?

I'd suggest either looking at your phone 24 hours a day... or waiting for some post on this forum... there is always someone posting about 4G showing up in their area every day or so... of course it's much better when they say what city they are in the title... but no apps that I know of.
