Alexa Command play offline video

Need help! Does anyone have or know if it is possible to have a command to Alexa on the fire HD tablet to only play videos that are downloaded in prime video

i am trying to use this as a rear seat entertainment for our toddler, and would not mind using a little cell data for Alexa to work but don’t want to stream video over data
