Alexa issue

[Android Central Question]

Bought the U11 4 days ago and I don't have the sound trigger or enable trigger as options in my HTC Alexa app, do I need to do anything to get these or were they suppose to be there?

Does Alexa have permissions to record audio?

I don't even use Alexa because it won't work half the time but Google now always works and it has an answer for my? Whenever I ask.
