Alexa on Mate 9

If I recall correctly, Mate 9 in the US was suppose to come pre loaded with the new Alexa service on the phone. I got mine yesterday from B&H and don't see it preloaded or any sign of Alexa anywhere. What am I missing?

It will come in an over the air update in a few months.
