AliExpress cannot recognize the phone number on my phone while i try to signup on this site

My Samsung Galaxy S6 has a phone number, i am trying to enter correctly my phone number by creating a AliExpress Account. While i enter my phone's phone number, AliExpress says i need to insert (enter, not insert) a valid phone number, wich means my phone number cannot be either recognized or used to signup on this site. In some websites, my phone number is correct. I secured my Google Account using the phone number i used on my phone. When i want to create a AliExpress account, i try to enter my phone number, and it says 'Veuillez insérer un numéro de téléphone valide' (Please insert a valid phone number). My phone number was not recognized in AliExpress only. Is really i can contact AliExpress customer service?

Yeah should look up aliexpress customer service , quick search on Google , I think it by region

Are you adding dashes or spaces? Some sites can be picky about entering numbers in a certain way. If you did add dashes and spaces, try removing them. If you didn't add dashes and spaces, then try adding them.
