All Access not playing songs longer than 10 minutes.

I have a S6 edge plus and when I try to play songs longer than 10 minutes it goes into a loop and never plays it. I tried it in safe mode and also clearing the cache partition and it did the same. Any ideas?

I even tried a factory reset. No luck
