All I want to do is add music files to my watch

I searched and I keep getting the same answer.
Open wear OS on phone.
Go to settings > manage content > add tracks.
Well "add tracks" is not there and I'm on the latest version of wear OS. All it says under manage content is :
Tracks on watch - Auto sync and
Gallery - Add Images.

I'm at work right now so I can't post a picture.
All I want is mp3's on my watch for playback when cutting the grass etc. so I don't have to lug around my phone while doing chores.

This just reinforces why I don't buy Samsung products (watch was a gift). Why is is so hard to just transfer and play files onto this thing? Why does Samsung make easy stuff so hard. Do they even use their own products? And this is coming from a very tech savvy person who's been into tech and computers since the '80's

Click on tracks on watch. Then click on the plus sign at the top to add the songs.
