All in one Social media app?

Does anyone know of one app that will allow me to see all of my social networks in one place. I want to be able to see all the posts and reply to them and post pics and share links properly. I hate having to go to 5 or 6 apps to do one thing. I am looking to have Google+, FB, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, etc... I am also looking for it to work on my tablets (Leneovo IdeaPad A1107 and Asus Transformer) and my phones (Driod Bionic and HTC Thunderbolt).

Please help!

Try Scope. It's in beta currently and will give you Foursquare, FB, Twitter, Instagram. Try it.
