All my downloaded apps are now highlighted in some bubble?

I just switched over to the Samsung Galaxy S6, and after I finished taking a phone call, I noticed all my downloaded apps look smaller and highlighted in some bubble. I have no idea how to get rid of it. Please help.

Welcome to the forums as a new member. Do you mean the apps are all together (doubtful) in a folder icon (circle with small icons inside), or that all your app icons have a circular background? The circular background can be turned off in settings if that's it.
